Pinbox is a travel planning app that allows you to easily mark and organize your favorite places. With Pinbox, you can create separate maps for different activities, occasions, or regions. Unlike other apps, Pinbox doesn't require you to save all your places on a single map. You have the freedom to create maps for specific purposes such as local restaurants, business trips, vacations, or errands. This app is dedicated to providing a personalized experience and doesn't require users to create an account or share personal information.

Pinbox offers a simple and user-friendly interface that allows you to drop a pin for each place you want to remember. You can also add photos, notes, and other details to each pin. Additionally, Pinbox gives you the option to choose from seven different pin colors to further organize your places.

With Pinbox, you can easily navigate and view your location in relation to your pins. You also have the ability to send maps to other Pinbox users or send pins to popular navigation apps like Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, or Transit for directions.

Some of the key features of Pinbox include the ability to save up to 2,500 pins, display maps in different view modes (Standard, Hybrid, or Satellite), and create maps for different purposes such as travel planning, favorite restaurants, customer locations, and more.

Note that Pinbox uses GPS to determine your location, so it works best with devices that have a GPS receiver. However, for iPod Touch and Wi-Fi-only iPads, Pinbox provides an approximate location based on proximity to known Wi-Fi networks. Please keep in mind that an internet connection is required to load maps, look up addresses, and search.
